Privately financed international students who are allowed to enter Japan as college students and who will enroll in April, 2013 at university as master or doctoral students. Those who are from Asian countries (Refer to the guideline below.) |

Those who have interest in promoting international understanding and friendship, and is able to attend SISF meetings (meetings are held 6 times a year). |

Those who will not receive any sort of scholarship or funding from other parties. |

Those who do not have a parent employed in Japan. |

Those who do not hold a doctoral degree. |

Those who are enrolled in a program with more than 1 year left until graduation/completion (from April 2013). |

Those who can communicate well in Japanese. |

Those who are willing to participate as alumnus, even if his/her Sato Yo International scholarship is expired. |
