Eligibility

(1)	International students hailing from Asian countries as privately funded students.
(2)	Those enrolled in a graduate program as a regular student.
(3)	Those who are 35 years of age or under as of April 1, 2013.
(4)	Those who are dependent upon a supporter, that supporter must earn an annual income of less than 5,000,000 JPY.
(5)	Those who can communicate well in Japanese (about the level of Level-1 JLPT)
(6)	Those who can attend the exchange activities planned by the foundation (4 in a year are planned).
(7)	Those who are not receiving more than 65,000 JPY from other foundations are eligible.

Amount

Duration: Up to 2 years in principle.
*No extension shall be admitted
Amount: 180,000 JPY/month

Apply To

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.

1.	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2.	Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies
3.	Letter of recommendation by the supervisor, original and one copy
