Eligibility
(1) Privately financed international students who study at master or doctoral courses (include those who will enroll in April, 2013).
(2) Those who are both mentally and physically fit and hold excellent academic records.
(3) Those who are interested in an international understanding and amity and are expected to contribute to it.
(4) Those who are not receiving other scholarships.
(5) Those who are under 30 years old for master students and under 32 years old for doctoral students as of April 1, 2013.
(6) If an applicant is selected as a candidate, he/she must fill out the application form in Japanese.
Amount Duration: 1 year from April, 2013 to March, 2014
*No extension shall be admitted
Amount: 100,000 JPY/month
# of applicants to be recommended 1
Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1. Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2. Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies
3. Letter of recommendation by the supervisor, original and one copy.
