Application Deadline

October 1, 2013 ~ November 29, 2013 *must arrive at Foundation by 5 PM on November 29, 2013

Eligibility

(1)	Privately financed international students who study at a graduate school, majoring in either social sciences or humanities as of April 1, 2014.
(2)	Those who are not receiving scholarships from other foundations.
(3)	Those who are under 35 years old as of April 1, 2014.

Amount

Amount: 150,000 JPY/month
Duration:in principle, maximum of two years
