Eligibility

(1)	Privately financed international students who are enrolled at GSFS as of April 2014.
(2)	MA students in the 1st or 2nd year of study, and Ph.D. students in their 2nd or 3rd year (Doctoral students in the Medical, Dental, or Veterinary sciences in their 3rd or 4th year) are eligible to apply.
(3)	Those born before April 1, 1969 (under 45 years of age).
(4)	Those who do not receive other scholarships.

* Interviews will be conducted in Japanese after paper screening.

Amount

Amount: 140,000 JPY/month

The duration of the scholarship depends on what year you are in, as well as the program of study. Refer to the guidelines for details (Japanese only).

Applicants must submit the following documents to the ILO. Application Forms should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

(1)	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
(2)	Your photo image data
(3)	Complete set of application form (Foundation specified)　Required forms on page 5 and 6. No 1, 3 to 10 ( No 2 should be photo image data in USB or attached to e-mail. No 11 will be needed at an interview after paper screening.)
