| Eligibility |

Privately financed students hailing from Asian countries without Japanese citizenship. |
| (2) |
Those enrolled in a regular program at a graduate school in Japan (35 years of age and under). |

Those who can communicate in Japanese |
| (4) |
Those who are not receiving more than a combined total of 50,000 JPY/month from other sources. |
| (5) |
Those who are able to participate in monthly meetings and exchange projects organized by the foundation. |
