Privately financed international students who study as master or doctoral students as of April 1, 2013, and who major in natural science or social science(exclude medical, pharmaceutical or dental science) |

International students hailing from ASEAN countries and India.
-> Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and India |

Those who are mentally and physically fit, who hold excellent academic records and who are expected to have a will and capability to contribute to the development of Asian countries in the future. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese required to conduct research at graduate school in Japan (Inteview will be conducted in Japanese.) |

Those who will not receive more than 100,000 JPY/month from other foundations. |

Those who are able to attend the interview conducted by screening committee(March 7, 2013). |
