Eligibility

(1)	Privately financed international students who study at master or doctoral courses in a Japanese University.
(2)	Those who are promising, have excellent academic records and need financial support.

Amount

Duration: Maximum period of 2 years
Amount: JPY 100,000/month

Additional financial assistance for transportation could be privided, which is JPY 1,400/month.

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1.	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy
2.	Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school , 2 copies
3.	Letter of recommendation by the supervisor, original and one copy
