Indonesian nationals, studying with the ‘college student’ status. |

Those who have formally reported their stay in Japan to the Embassy of Indonesia. |

Those who are not receiving funding from other organization. |
| (5) |
Those who can participate in an annual event hosted by the foundation sometime in September or October. |
| (6) |
Those who agree to keep in contact with the Foundation after completing their studies. |
