In April enrolled masters or doctoral course students who are 35 years old or younger as of April 2020. In September enrolled first -year doctoral course students are eligible. |

Those who have high academic achievements and good character. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese (for communication by phone and email, presentation and conversation at exchange meetings, as well as writing short articles). |

Those are interested in international understandings and friendships, and are sure to attend monthly exchange meetings held by the foundation. |

Those who will not work full time, study abroad or do internships during the scholarship period, and will not receive other scholarships. |

Those who were not a scholar of this foundation as well as Tusji Asisa International Scholarship Foundation in the past. |
