Those who are nationals of Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia or Myanmar. |

Those who are studying architecture, civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, and are motivated to contribute to technology exchanges between Japan and their home country in the architecture branch in future. |

Those have clear aims for studying abroad and can achieve good academic performance. |

Those have excellent academic achievement, being good in health. |
| (6) |
Those will not receive any other scholarships during receiving this scholarship. |

Those are able to communicate in Japanese. |
