Taiwanese Nationals residing in Japan at the time of application. |
| (2) |
Applicants must be an international student at the time of application, who are enrolled or plan to attend a Graduate School (Master’s, PhD or Professional Degree program) as a full time student as of April 1, 2019. |

Applicants who were born on or after April 2nd, 1984. |
| (4) |
Those who receive other scholarships, do not possess “college visa status” or repeat a year are not eligible. |
