Privately financed international students having a ‘college student’ visa status, who are enrolled at GSFS as a 1st or 2nd year masters course student or a 2nd or 3rd year doctoral course student as of April 2019. |

Those who were born after April 1, 1974 (less than 45 years old). |

Those who do not receive any other scholarships. |

Those who have not received the Yoneyama scholarship before. |

Those who have excellent academic performance and international understanding as well as good communication skill, also who are in good health. |

Those who are able to attend a monthly meeting every month, and participate in other events organized by the foundation, for which you can obtain consent from your supervisor. |

Those who are able to attend the award ceremony to be held sometime between mid-April and early May with your supervisor. |
