International students whose status of residence is “Ryugaku”and registered as Master or Doctoral course. |

Those who can have a recommendation letter from your supervisor. |
| (3) |
Privately financed international students who are not receiving more than 100,000 yen scholarship per month. |
| (4) |
Those who have a good understanding of Japanese life and are able to communicate in Japanese. |
| (5) |
Those who are a cooperative, to follow the company dormitory rules and have a good manner. |
| (6) |
Those who are willing to attend some events |
| (7) |
Those who have a ‘National Health Insurance’. |
| (8) |
Those who are not working from midnight till early in the morning. |
| (9) |
Those who can join an insurance which UTokyo designated, if accepted. |
| (10) |
Those who never lived in company dormitory and are not going to live in UTokyo students lodge after November 2018 |
