You will obtain your ID and a password for the GSFS network service (UTAS and GSFS Office Portal site, and electronic bulletin board, at the guidance for new students organized by each department. If you enroll in GSFS other than in April and October, you will be able to obtain a guest account ID and password at the department office you belong to.
In regards to the use of the campus Wi-Fi, the details will be explained at the guidance for new international students organized by the Student Affairs Team. If your period of enrollment is less than 1 year (such as exchange students), please visit the International Liaison Office for campus Wi-Fi registration.
When using the University’s computer resources, be sure to follow the guidelines. Everyone should be a responsible user. Breaking the rules will lead to receiving warnings or disciplinary actions.
