Application Deadline	Send all necessary documents to the foundation postmarked by November 22, 2013. Applications will only be accepted by post-mail. Submitted documents will not be returned. ＊Directly apply to the foundation
Eligibility	1) Taiwanese Nationals residing in Japan. 2) Applicants must be a foreign national at the time of application, who are enrolled or plans to attend a Graduate School (Master’s, PhD or Professional Degree program) as a full time student as of April 1, 2014. 3) Applicants who were born on April 2, 1979 onwards. 4) Those who receive other scholarships or repeat a year of school are not eligible.
Amount	Recipients will be paid the following amount for the standard period of time required to complete their MA, PhD or Professional degree.Monthly Stipend: 144,000 JPY (MA and Professional degree students) or145,000 JPY (PhD students) with an additional 2,000 or 3,000 JPY for students studying in certain areas.Tuition: (A portion of) the tuition will be reimbursed upon declaration by the student. After the payment period has expired, the foundation will provide an economy class flight ticket (from an international airport in Japan to Taipei or Kaohsiung) for recipients who wish to return home to Taiwan.
