Eligibility |
(1) |
Those who took the N1 Level Japanese Language Exam held in July or December of 2012, and passed with a score of 170 or better (135 or beter for those whose native language is not Chinese or Korean). |
(2) |
Self-financed international students studying Japanese language, culture, or literature or are training to become Japanese language instructors (or are enrolled in a program closely linked to these areas), enrolled in a regular program at a graduate school. |
(3) |
Those receiving less than 60000 JPY per month from other sources of financial aid. |

Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original and one copy |

Transcript of graduate school and of undergraduate school, 2 copies |

Foundation specified application form (in Japanese) |
4. |
Photo taken within 6 months, 4×3 cm, taken from the shoulders up, no headware, pasted to the application form. |
5. |
Copy of the results of your the Japanese Language Proficiency Exam, taken in 2012. |
