Maldives, East Timor, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Liberia, Gabonese Republic, Congo, Mauritania, Togo, Central African Republic, Swaziland, Eritrea, Comoros, Namibia, Mali, Mauritius, Angola, Burkina Faso, Rwanda, Chad, Palau, Marshall islands, Micronesia, Samoa, Kiribati, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, Haiti, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Armenia, Cyprus |

Those receiving less than 60000 JPY per month from other sources of financial aid. |

Those who have engaged in voluteer activities international exchange activities so far or those who are willing to participate in those activities. |

Those who agree to keep in contact with JEES after the scholarship is expired. |
