Those who are a national of a country in Southeast Asia, South Asia, West Asia, Central Asia, Africa and Mongolia. |

Those who are conducting high-level research, having clear vision of studying abroad. |

Those who have been living in a country stated in (1), and will not arrive in Japan at the time of application. |
