For those who are enrolling in Oct 2019/Apr 2020,  August 15 (Thu), 2019
Eligibility The fall application slot is for students who will be attending University in October 2019 or April 2020. Students who already have been enrolled can apply for the October slot only. Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

(1) Privately financed international students who are nationals of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, East Timor, or Vietnam, being enrolled in GSFS as regular course students
(2) Having strong interests in international understanding and friendship, and being able to participate in events hosted by the Foundation.
(3) Not receiving any scholarships or funding from other organizations under any circumstance.
(4) Having a ‘college student’ visa status.
(5) Applicants parents must be non-resident in Japan.
(6) Those who have not obtained a PhD. degree.
(7) Those who have more than one year left for competing their course when scholarship payment starts.
(8) Those who are able to communicate in Japanese.
(9) Those who can attend the award ceremony on Sunday, November 17th

Amount Amount: 180,000 JPY/month
Duration:
a) Student enrolling in October: October 2019 to September 2021
b) Student enrolling in April: April 2020 to March 2022
Apply To Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO. Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

(1) Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations
(2) Academic transcripts from your undergraduate to current program.
Complete set of Application Form (Foundation specified form)
(4) Certificate of Admission or Certificate of Enrollment
(5) Research plan (Size of A4)
(6) Research achievements (Size of A4)
