Those who are enrolled in GSFS as regular students, being 35 years old or younger as of October 1st 2019. |

Those who will have at least one year left by the end of the standard study period. (A master student who is to proceed to Doctoral course can apply.) |

Those who need financial support who will not receive any scholarships. (JASSO or scholarship less than 48,000 is exempted.) |

Those who have a strong Japanese proficiency. |

Those who are able to contribute to international understanding and friendship. |

Those who are able to attend Exchange Meeting 4 times in a year. |
