Privately financed international students who will be enrolled in a graduate school in Japan as of April 1, 2019. Those planning to enroll are also applicable. |

Those who are born after March 31, 1983 for doctoral course students and those who are born after March 31, 1988 for master course students. |

Those who can commit themselves to working in their home country after graduation as well as take part in foundations events and the alumni network. |

Those who can understand and contribute to international friendships and good will. |

Those who are able to communicate well in Japanese. Interviews will be conducted in Japanese. |

Those who will not receive other scholarships. |
(7) |
Part time jobs other than TA, RA, translation/interpreter are not acceptable. |
