Privately financed international students having a ‘college student’ visa status, who are enrolled at GSFS as a 1st or 2nd year student of a master course, or a 2nd or 3rd year student of a doctoral course as of April 2018. |

Those who were born after April 1, 1973 (under 45 years). |

Those who do not receive any other scholarships. |

Those who have never received the Yoneyama scholarship. |

Those who have excellent academic performance and international understanding as well as good communication skill, also who are in good health. |

Those who are able to attend the monthly meetings every time, and actively participate in the events organized by the foundation. Also those whose supervisor understand your attendance to these. |

Those who are able to attend the award ceremony with your supervisor, which will be held on Saturday, April 14th 2017. |
