Eligibility

(1)	Those who are nationals of the following countries: Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Mongol, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.
(2)	Privately founded international students having “college student” visa, who are enrolled in a master’s or doctoral course, and studying social sciences, or sciences and technology.
(3)	Those who have excellent academic achievements and good personality as well as good health.
(4)	Those who do not receive any other scholarships, and need financial assistance.
(5)	Those who are 30 year old or younger as of April 1st, 2017.
(6)	Those who can participate in the events organized by the foundation.
(7)	Those who have basic Japanese language skill which are required for daily life.
(8)	Those who have international understandings and are willing to contribute to interaction with communities.

Amount

Amount: 130,000 JPY/month
Duration: 1 year from April 2017. (Extension possible)

Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
Application Form should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

1.	Application Form for Scholarship from private Foundations, Original
2.	Transcript of your current course (or previous course if you have not obtained any credits.)

Those who passed the GSFS internal screening will be asked to submit the foundation specified application materials.
