Those who have monthly budget under 100,000 JPY, with over half of their income coming from part-time work. |

Those who are under 35 years old as of April 1, 2017. |

Those who wish to work as a bridge between Japan and the mother country. |

Those who can participate in events organized by the foundation. |

Those who are not receiving scholarships from other foundations. |

Those who have a certificate of Japanese language proficiency test N1/N2 or who can submit an official document to proof their Japanese skill equivalent to the before mentioned level. |
