Eligibility

(1)	International students from ASEAN countries who come or came to Japan to study in a master’ or doctoral course as of April 2017.
(2)	Those who will be able to receive this scholarship at least two years as of April 2017.
(3)	Master’s course students must be less than 35 years old, and doctoral course students must be less than 40 years old as of March 31, 2017.
(4)	Those who have good academic performance and good health, and need a financial assistance.
(5)	If applicants will receive other scholarships, those scholarship programs must allow the recipient to receive other scholarship. However, the amount of the other scholarship program must be less than 100,000 yen.
(6)	Japanese language skills are required.

Duration: April 2017 to March 2019
Amount: JPY 100,000/month

Apply To

Applicants must submit the following documents to the ILO. Application Forms should be printed in single page and should not be stapled.

(1)	Application Form for Scholarship from Private Foundation, 1 Original
(2)	Academic Transcript of your current course (or your previous course if you have not obtained any credits.) 1 copy

Those who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit the application materials described in the guidelines.
