Application Deadline	January 6 (Mon) ~ January 31(Fri), 2014 ＊Directly apply to the foundation
Eligibility	(1)Privately financed international students who study at a graduate school in Chiba prefecture or those who live in Chiba prefecture and commute to universities in neighboring prefectures, Research students who will enroll in master or doctoral course as of April, 2014 are elligible. (2)Those who are not receiving more than 80,000 JPY from other foundations are eligible. JASSO sholars are not eligible. (3)Those whose spouse is a Japanese/home country goverment’s scholarship holder or works in Japan are not eligible. (4)Those who are able to attend seminars of the foundation every month.
Amount	Amount: 80,000 JPY/month Duration: in principle, 1 year from April, 2014 to March 2015
