| Eligibility | (1)International students who were allowed to enter Japan as students and are enrolled in graduate school as of October 2013 or are expected to enroll in April 2014. Only master students in engineering fields are eligible. (2)Those who have excellent academic records and those who are both mentally and physically fit. Those who are master of specific area. (3)Those who can communicate well in Japanese. (4)Those who need financial support and do not receive other scholarships. If recipients are found to be receiving other scholarships, scholarship payment will be suspended and the amount should be paid back to the foundation. (5)Those who are interested in international communication with Japan and those who are expected to contribute to international amity. (6)Those who can attend our exchange seminars to be held every 2 months or our excursioin in summer etc. (7)Those who are under 30 years old as of March 31, 2014. |

| Apply To | Applicants must submit the following documents to ILO.
1. Foundation specified application form and research theme or study plan, original and one copy Submit the listed two documents by November 8th. Those applicants who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other necessary documents. All successful applicants of the GSFS internal screening will be recommneded to the foundation. |
