Taiwanese Nationals residing in Japan. |
| (2) |
Applicants must be a foreign national at the time of application, who are enrolled or plans to attend a Graduate School (Master’s, PhD or Professional Degree program) as a full time student as of April 1, 2017. |

Applicants who were born on April 2, 1982 onwards. |
| (4) |
Those who receive other scholarships or repeat a year of school are not eligible. |
