A student whose graduate school or laboratory, and residence are in the Kanto area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma). |

A person willing to participate in AISF sponsored activities. |

A person who can comminicate well in Japanese since the language to be used for application forms and the inteview is Japanese. |

A person who does not plan to become a full-time employee or a recipient of a scholarship from other foundations during the period of receiving Atsumi Foundation scholarship. |
