| Eligibility |
| (1) |
Privately financed international students hailing from East Asian and Southeast Asian countries. |
| (2) |
Those who are enrolled in a Master’s program (1st year), or a Ph.D (2nd year) in the field of engineering or agriculture, as of April 1, 2013. |
| (3) |
Those who are mentally and physically fit and are of excecellent academic standing and who need financial support. |
| (4) |
The applicant must be under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2013, in principle. |
| (5) |
Those who will not receive more than 50,000 JPY/month from any foreign government nor other sources. |
