Those who are both mentally and physically fit and hold excellent academic records. |

Those who can communicate in Japanese. |

Those who are interested in international understanding and amity, and will commit to participating in exchange activities and events hosted by the Foundation. |

The applicant must be under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2013. |

Those who will not receive more than 50,000 JPY/month from other foundations. |
