Eligibility
(1) Privately financed foreign students enrolled in a Japanese University as a regular student.
(2) Those hailing from Asia Pacific nations (please confirm on the website).
(3) Master’s students must be born after April 1, 1986, and PhD students born after April 1, 1981.
(4) Those who can explain their research in an interview in Japanese.
(5) Those who will not receive more than 360,000 JPY/year in funds from other sources.
Amount Amount: 180,000 JPY/month
Duration: max. 2 years
