| Eligibility |
| (1) |
Privately financed international students from ASEAN countries*.
*Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam |

Students enrolled in a regular program at master or doctoral courses. |
| (3) |
Those who are physically fit and are of excellent academic standing. |
| (4) |
Those who are not receiving other scholarships, and who will not apply other financial support for studies to other sources. |
| (5) |
Those who are interested in International amity, and will commit to participating in events hosted by the foundation. |
| (6) |
The applicant must be under 30 years of age for master students, and under 35 years of age for doctoral students as of April 1, 2013. |
