Eligibility

(1)	Persons of Chinese nationality with a “college student” visa, studying in Japan as a graduate student as of April 2015.
(2)	Those not receiving financial aid.
(3)	Privately financed international students.
(4)	Those who are able to submit two recommendations form of two professors.
(5)	Those who can communicate in Japanese.

Amount

Amount: 120,000 JPY per month
Duration: Up to 2 years for Master’s students, and 3 years for PhD students, if awarded from the time of enrollment.

Applicants must gather the following documents and submit them directly to the address on the right:

1.	Application form (Foundation specified)
2.	Recommendation form (Foundation specified)
3.	Personal financial statement
4.	Academic transcript (most recent)
5.	Copy of a residence card, both front and back sides needed.
