Those who are majoring chemistry, electrics/electronics, mechanics, nuclear power, information or metals and material sciences. |

Those who wish to work as a globally competent engineer in energy sectors after graduation. |

Those who do not receive other scholarships that the foundation offers, or scholarships from other foundations more than 600,000 yen during scholarship period. (Loan-type scholarships, Tuition exemption, and lump-sum payments are excluded) |

Those who have clear purposes and plans to study, and deserve to be supported. |

Those who need financial support. |
