Those who need financial support and will not receive any other scholarships, which amount are 50,000 yen or more, during the scholarship period. |

Those who are physically fit and are of excellent academic standing. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 level). |

Those who are able to contribute international understanding and mutual friendship. |

Those who are able to attend exchange meetings held by the foundation (3 times/ year, including a study tour). |
