International students from the three northeastern provinces (Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang) of China. |

Those who have passed the master’s thesis examination at a Japanese graduate school in the academic year 2020 or 2021. |

Applicants must major in the humanities and social sciences, write a thesis in Japanese. |
