Those who are under 35 years old. |

Those who have excellent academic performance and character. |

Those who are able to attend events held by the foundation during the scholarship period. |

Those who can actively participate in exchange activities as alumni after the scholarship period. |

Applicants must submit the following documents to the International Liaison Office via post mail.
Before submitting your application, be sure to read Steps to apply since scholarships with the University recommendation can not be declined. An applicant who passed the GSFS internal screening will be required to submit other documents stated in the guideline. |
