Those who have excellent academic performance, good character, and good health and mental condition, aiming to become a global leader as well as willing to contribute to international understanding and friendship. Applicants should be able to communicate in Japanese. |

Those who will attend the gathering organized by the foundation twice a year, and keep contact with the foundation after graduation. |
