Nationals of Vietnam, Myanmar or Sri Lanka studying at GSFS (including Research students ). Students who receive MEXT Scholarship or scholarships from other organizations that do not permit to receive any other financial assistance are not eligible to appy. |

Those who have financially been affected by the social consequence. |

Those who are living in Japan at the time of application. |
