International students from the following countries studying in the following research area at a masters or doctoral course of designated universities (including UTokyo), and currently staying in Japan.
Eligible nationalities:
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
Research area:
Humanities, Social Science |

Students whose part-time job income has significantly decreased due to the Covid-19. |
| (3) |
Students whose allowance from their family is significantly decreased by a drastic change of their family income in their county due to Covide-19. |
| (4) |
Those are not receiving scholarships from Japanese or a foreign country government. |
