| Eligibility |
| (1) |
International students who have started their master course in April 2021 as regular student. Students enrolled in October are not eligible. |

Those whose will major in: |
| a) |
Communication technology, Information processing technology, or a theses related subject |
| b) |
Social sciences or human sciences using Communication or Information Processing technology in your research, which admit the university. (The use of those technology should be described clearly in the application form of the foundation.) |
| (3) |
Those who are from India, Indonesia, Korea ,Cambodia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, China (incl. Hong Kong, Macau) Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Bhutan, Brunei, Viet Nam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Maldives, Mongolia, or Laos and East Timor. |

Those who have a clear purpose and plan of studying abroad. |
| (5) |
Those who are able to communicate and give a research presentation in Japanese. |

Those who need financial help and will not receive any other scholarships |
