Eligibility (1) Privately financed international students who are enrolled at a graduate school in Japan as regular doctoral students as of April 2015.
(2) Those who are not receiving other scholarships nor funding.
(3) Those who are residing in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba prefecture.
(4) Those who have passed Japanese-language teaching competency test, or have Japanese language proficiency competent equivalent to that level.
(5) Those who are physically fit.
(6) Those who are interested in international understanding and amity, and are willing to contribute those.
(7) Those who are able to attend the monthly meeting after being a scholar.
(8) Those who can submit 400 words reports at the end of the month.
Amount Amount: 70,000 JPY/month
Duration: 1 year from April, 2015 to March, 2016
