International students who are studying at a Japanese graduate school as a regular course student, as of October 16, and will continue to be enrolled after April 1, 2021. |

Master course students under the age of 30 year, or doctoral course students under the age of 35, as of March 31, 2021. |

Those who do not receive any other scholarships. |
(4) |
Those who have outstanding academic performance, but have difficulties to finance their study. |

Those who are good in Japanese. Application, interviews, all communication are conducted in Japanese |

Those who are able to submit a monthly report, and participate in events held by the foundation. |
(7) |
Those who will contribute to friendship and goodwill between Japan and your country. |
