Privately financed international students who study at a graduate school of appointed universities (University of Tokyo), majoring in either social sciences or humanities as of April 1, 2021. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese |

Those who need financial aids, having excellent academic performance. |

Those who are not receiving any other scholarships or financial aid of more than 50,000 yen. |
