| Eligibility |

International students from Asian countries who are 30 years old or younger as of April 1st, 2020. The following nationals will be given priority: Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Myanmar or Sri Lanka. Applications from students with other nationalities may also be considered. |

Those who are GSFS master’s or doctoral courses student, having a “College Student” visa status. |

Those who can participate in the events and activities held by the Foundation. |
| (4) |
Those who are not receiving any other scholarship and facing financial difficulties. |
| (5) |
Those who are able to communicate in Japanese. |
| (6) |
Those who have interests in the international understanding, and possess strong wills to contribute to the development of the international community and to engage in local community as well. |
