Privately financed international students studying at a graduate school of UTokyo and having ‘college student’ visa status. |

Those who will not receive other scholarships during living in the dorm. |

Those who would contribute to international understanding and mutual friendship. |

Those who are able to communicate in Japanese. |
| (5) |
Those who are able to follow the rules of Oak Village. |
