Those who are not receiving other scholarships or funding. |

Those who attend the graduate school located in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba prefecture. |

Those who have Japanese language skills equivalent to the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1. |

Those who will continue to keep contact with the foundation after the scholarship period. |
(6) |
Those who are interested in international understanding and amity, and are willing to contribute those. |
(7) |
Those who are able to attend the monthly meeting after being a scholar. |
(8) |
Those who can submit 400 words reports by the end of every month. |
