International students studying in a Master or Doctoral course who are 38 years old or younger, as of April 2nd. |

Students who are motivated to make their dream come true, and are able to attend events organized by the foundation two times in a year. |

Those who need a financial support. |
| (4) |
Those who meet the requirements for grade scores and income (see the guideline). |
| (5) |
Those who are physically and mentally fit. |
| (6) |
Those who are able to explain their research in Japanese. |
